Uday Shankar R M is the Founder & Managing Partner of the Firm

Uday Shankar R M is an Advocate, a Company Secretary and a Corporate Counsel, with over 40 years of experience, having exposure in Mergers and acquisitions, Arbitration, Legal due diligence, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Corporate laws, IPR laws and Litigation in Civil and Corporate laws. He holds a Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with a Masters in Business Administration (Finance), Bachelor in Law (LL.B) and is a Fellow Company Secretary (FCS).

Niyathi M is a partner at the firm who holds a B.A.LLB (Hons.) from School of Law, Christ University. Her core practice lies in dispute resolution having worked in the litigation side and with specialisation in civil, commercial and corporate laws.

The team also consists of Senior Associates,Associates and para-legals who appear before various courts.
